Terms of service

By using the Holy Spirits Ibz platform, users agree to the following terms: 

 

  • Nature of the Service:  Holy Spirits Ibz operates as a digital delivery coordination platform. We do not own or operate a physical liquor store. All products are sourced and delivered by Drinks Corner SL, an independent Spanish company. 

 

  • Service Availability:  Delivery service is subject to availability and operational hours as defined by Drinks Corner SL. Orders may be refused or delayed due to logistical or stock limitations. 
     
  • Legal Drinking Age: By placing an order, the user confirms that they are of legal drinking age in Spain (18+). Proof of age may be requested upon delivery. 
     
  • Limitation of Liability: Holy Spirits Ibz acts as a digital intermediary. We are not liable for the physical quality, condition, or delivery of the products.  
    Responsibility for product handling and delivery rests with Drinks Corner SL. 

 

  • Applicable Law: These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ibiza.Â
