Refund policy

Overview

Holy Spirits Ibz facilitates delivery on behalf of Drinks Corner SL and does not maintain its own stock or distribution chain. 
 

  • Refunds & Returns are handled solely through Drinks Corner SL, in accordance with Spanish consumer law. 
     
  • If you received a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@holyspiritsibz.com. We will coordinate with Drinks Corner SL to assist in resolving the issue.

No refunds will be provided for: 

  •  Incorrect orders due to user error (e.g. wrong item selected) 
  • Opened or consumed products 
  • Delivery refusals without valid reasonÂ
